The Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana (ISCSM) works to educate and advocate for the LGBTQIA and Allied community while promoting social tolerance and multiple gender expression through the production of drag performance. The ISCSM works to eliminate the historical oppression of LGBTQIA individuals through expansion of the boundaries of sex, gender, and sexual orientation by creating a safe and welcoming environment.

The Center, formerly the Western Montana Gay and Lesbian Community Center has been around 20 years and was formed in response to the murder if Mathew Sheppard and drew a response from 100s of Missoulians to form a response to LGBTQ violence and threat of violence. Community Children’s Pediatric Specialty Clinic
Community Children's Pediatric Specialty Clinic is pleased to introduce a new specialty, Gender Care. This program is offered in collaboration with the Seattle Children’s Gender Clinic and Dr. Juanita Hodax. Dr. Hodax is a pediatric endocrinologist, and has specific training in supporting transgender and gender nonconforming children and adolescents who seek medical affirmation as they enter puberty and beyond.
