Family Financial Help

This button will take you to a national resource site with links to Montana, or any other state, to get public assistance for limited income individuals and families.  The assistance includes help with food, medical coverage, housing, daycare and more depending upon the state. The Montana Family Center provides this easy access to this information without opinion about the quality of services.

 

We would like to say that when you call or write to any government/public program the people who answer do not set policies, and have little to no control over them.  They can often be an ally for you if you treat them with calm respect and appreciation for the difficult job they do that often includes declining people for services. Those services are just one door, if you get declined ask them where else you can turn. Also be aware that many communities have a phone number for access to additional help this number may be "211," you can also call 211 and
